I’ve been a loyal customer of this brand for a while, so I was a little disappointed that this order didn’t work out. That said, the return process was painless. I sent it back without much hassle, and the refund showed up a few days later. Not my favorite experience, but they handled it well enough that I’d probably still give them another chance.

I had a hard time figuring out what this was actually supposed to fit. Maybe it was just the way the info was written, but to me it wasn’t clear at all, and I didn’t feel confident choosing the right option.

I ordered the part that was listed for my vacuum, but it still didn’t fit when it arrived. Maybe the listing is outdated or they sent a slightly different version, I’m not really sure. Either way, it ended up being a waste of time for me

"My first impression wasn’t great"
My snap judgment when the box showed up was that the packaging looked sloppy. It was a little dented and the tape was kind of messy, so I was worried something inside might be damaged. Luckily, everything was fine, but they could definitely pack it better for shipping.

I ordered a replacement hose from thinkvacuums.com, and overall it does what it’s supposed to do. The fit was right and the suction seems fine, so I can’t say it’s a bad part. That said, the plastic feels a little cheaper than I expected, especially for what they’re charging. I feel like if a company is selling replacement parts at that price, they should make sure the quality feels a bit more solid. It’s not terrible, and I’ll keep using it, but it’s definitely more “good enough” than impressive.

Overall, I’m happy with the product itself once I got it set up, but the installation help was more confusing than it needed to be. Some parts were clear enough, but other steps felt vague and I ended up wasting time figuring things out on my own. It would be a much better experience if they explained the setup process in a more straightforward way.

"Weak suction and zero real support"
I bought a vacuum from here the suction was disappointing right from the start. It barely picks up crumbs unless I run over the same spot several times, which gets frustrating fast, especially for the price. I also wasn’t thrilled that getting help felt so impersonal, like there was no actual human to talk to when I had an issue. Definitely wouldn’t buy it again.

I tried getting help with the warranty it was frustrating. They kept asking me for the same details over and over, and from the tone of the replies, it kind of felt like they just wanted me to give up. I never really got a straight answer, which made the whole thing feel like a waste of time. Definitely wish I had bought it somewhere else.

I ordered some vacuum parts and the delivery was dependable overall. The tracking updated about as expected, and it showed up on the day they said it would. The box had a small dent, but everything inside was totally fine. Not perfect, but I’d order from them again.

"Barely made it past a year"
I bought this from thinkvacuums.com thinking I’d be set for a long time, but nope. After about 14 months it started losing suction, and then the hose cracked right near the handle. I’m not doing anything crazy with it either, just regular cleaning around the house.
it messed up my whole plan to do a big weekend clean before having people over, because suddenly the vacuum could barely do its job. For the price, I really expected it to last longer. It felt like as soon as the warranty was basically over, everything started going downhill. Super frustrating, and I wouldn’t buy from them again.

Maybe I was just in a rush or not looking in the right places, but the site felt clunky to me. I had a hard time finding the stuff I wanted, and it made the whole shopping experience more annoying than it needed to be.

I ordered a part from thinkvacuums.com and ended up having to reach out for a shipping update. They did eventually answer, but it took a couple days and I had to send a second message before getting anything back.
Once someone replied, they gave me the info I needed, so I’ll give them credit for that. But the tone felt a little like I was being talked down to, which was frustrating after waiting around for a response. Not terrible, just not great if you need help quickly. 3 stars feels about right.

I was just trying to order a simple replacement part for my vacuum, but it ended up being way more frustrating than I expected. The site showed different items, but when I actually asked about the part I needed, I didn’t really get much help.
I waited around hoping there’d be some kind of update, but in the end I still had no part. It’s really annoying when you’re just trying to fix a machine instead of buying a whole new one

I ordered from thinkvacuums.com and it was mostly fine. The product itself was good and it did eventually show up, but the shipping felt slower than I expected and the tracking updates weren’t very clear. What bugged me most was that the terms seemed to change from what I thought I was agreeing to when I placed the order, which is always frustrating. Customer service did get back to me, but it wasn’t exactly quick. Overall, not a terrible experience, just kind of average. I might order again if the price was really good, but I’d definitely read the fine print first.

Some of the information they gave me didn’t match what I found out later, so I ended up having to double-check everything myself. That’s frustrating when you’re just trying to make sure you buy the right part.
Maybe I just caught someone on an off day, but has anyone else had the same issue with the staff not seeming too knowledgeable? Based on my experience, I probably wouldn’t use them again.
